Stephanie Cohen serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Cloudflare, a leading cloud connectivity and security company, where she focuses on driving strategic growth, artificial intelligence initiatives, and expanding the company's presence among global enterprises. She joined Cloudflare in 2024 after an influential 25-year career at Goldman Sachs, where she held multiple senior leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Global Head of Platform Solutions, and global co-head of Consumer & Wealth Management. At Goldman Sachs, Cohen helped steer firmwide strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation-driven initiatives such as Launch with GS, a $1 billion commitment to diverse entrepreneurs, and was recognized as one of the few women to lead a major division at the bank.
Cohen began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, advancing to partner and member of the management committee. Her tenure included working on historic deals, such as Chrysler's government loan repayment, and leading digital-first consumer banking products like Marcus and credit cards with Apple and General Motors that scaled Goldman's consumer reach to millions.
